The latest edition of About Larkin, the Society’s journal has just been released.

As ever, it contains a wealth of new and fascinating Larkin-related material, ranging from primary research findings relating to Larkin’s life as an undergraduate to the origins of his parents’ marriage. As befits a busy year in the UK City of Culture 2017, this edition pays particular attention to the many Larkin-inspired events that took place in Hull over the summer months. Uppermost among these are reviews of the Society’s brilliant Annual Guest Lecture delivered by our new Vice-President, Grayson Perry, and the highly acclaimed ‘New Eyes Each Year’ exhibition curated by Anna Farthing.
