In addition to the programme of centenary events organised directly by The Philip Larkin Society, Larkin100 will be promoting a range of additional Larkin related activities offered by others throughout the year. Here are a few that we already know about:
19th May. University of Leicester – ‘Larkin in Leicester’ – a talk by Nick Everett as part of the Literary Leicester Festival. Attendance is free but tickets need to be booked.

31 August – 17th September ‘Larkin With Women’ by Ben Brown at the Old Red Lion Islington
15th September Larkin Day in Wellington Shropshire (where Larkin began his career as a public librarian) – guided walk and talk at the Library. More details to follow.
20th September ‘Larkin About in Beverley’ – a guided walk highlighting Larkin’s connections with the town of Beverley as part of the ‘Walking East Yorkshire Festival. More detail to follow
